At AURAMENT, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of products purchased through our website, www.aurament.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Shipping Coverage
1.1 Domestic Shipping
- We ship across India to all major cities and towns.
- Some remote locations may not be serviceable. If your address falls under such a category, our customer support team will contact you.
1.2 International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working towards expanding our reach soon.
Shipping Charges
2.1 Standard Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a minimal handling fee may be applicable.
2.2 Express Shipping
- If you require urgent delivery, we offer express shipping at an additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout.
2.3 Gift Packaging and Custom Requests
- Special gift wrapping services may be available for an additional fee.
Order Processing & Dispatch
3.1 Order Confirmation
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with details.
- Orders are processed only after payment verification (for prepaid orders).
3.2 Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 7-10 business days.
- Made-to-order or customized jewelry may take 15-20 business days for processing.
3.3 Order Tracking
- You can also track your order through the My Orders section on our website.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
4.1 Standard Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 15 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 20 business days
- Remote Areas: 30 business days
4.2 Delays in Delivery
- AURAMENT is not liable for any delays beyond our control, but we will assist in resolving any delivery issues.
- While we strive to meet estimated timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, courier delays, or national holidays may cause delays.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Delivery Terms
5.1 Secure Delivery
- All shipments are fully insured against theft or damage during transit.
- Signature and valid ID proof may be required at the time of delivery for high-value orders.
5.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
- If the delivery agent is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, reattempts will be made.
- After multiple failed attempts, the package will be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
5.3 Address Change Requests
- Address changes are allowed before dispatch only. Once shipped, modifications cannot be made.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
6.1 COD Availability
- COD is available for select pin codes and order values.
- A verification call or SMS may be sent before processing COD orders.
6.2 COD Order Cancellations
- If a COD order is canceled post-shipment or refused at the time of delivery, AURAMENT reserves the right to deny future COD services to the customer.
Packaging & Insurance
7.1 Secure Packaging
- Every order is packaged securely in tamper-proof packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Orders may include additional protection such as bubble wrap or hard-case packaging for delicate items.
7.2 Insurance Coverage
- All shipments are fully insured against loss or theft until they are delivered.
- In case of any issue, the customer must report within 24 hours of delivery.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
8.1 Damaged Shipments
- If you receive a damaged package, do not accept the delivery. Instead, take photos and contact our support team immediately.
- If damage is noticed after accepting the package, notify us within 24 hours with evidence (photos/videos).
8.2 Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with our logistics partners to investigate.
- A replacement or refund will be processed if the shipment is confirmed as lost.
8.3 Partial Deliveries
- If your order consists of multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to availability.
- Each item will have its own tracking number if shipped separately.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
9.1 Cancellations Before Shipment
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch. To request cancellation, contact our support team at auramentgems@gmail.com.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
9.2 Modifications After Placing an Order
- Changes to the shipping address, phone number, or order details can only be made before the order is processed.
- Once dispatched, no modifications are possible.
