How do I cancel my order?

After an order is placed, it may only be cancelled before shipping.

In case I change my mind about the size picked up, can I replace the order?

Yes, it is possible to return the unused product and order for a replacement.

The product that I received was damaged and I want to return it. What do I do?

In the uncanny coincidence that the product shipped is damaged, you may return the item for a refund while the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. With our logistic partner, we will make arrangements for the order to be picked up from the specified address and delivered back to us.

If I return my order, do I have to pay for the return shipment?

You won’t be responsible for paying for the courier because we will arrange to have the return shipment picked up.

Are there certain products which are not eligible for return?

We are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction, security, and customer support with regard to the products listed on our website. If you decide to return the item, it must be unused and in the same state as it was when you first received it.
